By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms.

All items are sold for in-store pickup only

(Contact us for shipping or delivery).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned once production has begun.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their items at the time of pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
